Privacy & data protection

Lienzor helps a business (your service provider) track its quotes and send follow-ups. The business that contacted you is the data controller; Lienzor acts as a data processor (Article 28 of the GDPR) on its behalf.

What data is processed

The contact details you provided to the business in connection with a quote: name, email, phone number if applicable, and the information related to the quote (number, amount, and the associated email exchanges). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Why (purposes)

To handle the sales follow-up of a quote you requested (a pre-contractual relationship): quote follow-ups, detecting your replies to stop the follow-ups, and, after a job, a review request. Campaigns (anniversary, re-engagement) are only sent with an appropriate legal basis.

How long

Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived or deleted according to the legal obligations of the controller business (generally up to 3 years after the last contact for prospecting, and longer for accounting obligations).

How to unsubscribe

Every follow-up email contains an “Unsubscribe” link. One click is enough: you are immediately removed from mailings and added to the “do not contact” list. You can also reply to the email to request it.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability. To exercise them, contact directly the business that sent you the quote (it is the data controller). If you run into difficulty, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
